For the safety of our customers and for the brand protection of PONGS®, we attach great importance to a transparent authenticity check. With an individual piece number you have the possibility to check your product for originality at any time. In this way, possible counterfeits can be recognized and punished particularly quickly.

ATTENTION! Here you can test ONLY the originality of our fabrics (for example: DESCOR® PREMIUM, Mambo etc.).

Not suitable for testing PVC films !!!

Where can I find the batch number on the box?

Each of our technical textiles is labeled with an individual piece number. Each box packaging is labeled with this piece number, also called batch number, in several places. Where exactly the piece number can be found on the box and in the roll, please refer to the following photos.

Where can I find the batch number if I have already unpacked the product?

The batch number of your product is not only found on the packaging box and inside the roll. The piece number can also be found on your delivery note along with the article number, article description and product width. Where exactly you can read the piece number, please refer to the following example.

What can I do if I have a fake product?

If you suspect that you are holding a fake product, please check the batch number using our validation tool. If it is confirmed here that it is not an original, please contact us directly. You can reach our customer service by phone on the hotline +49 36645 350-101. Monday to Thursday from 8 a.m. to 4.45 p.m. and Fridays from 8 a.m. to 3.30 p.m. Or please use the following form to report product fakes to us. Thank you for your help!
