When days are getting shorter and the dark time of the year is starting; colourful lights spread a magical atmosphere. Kubach & Klings Werbetechnik GmbH created a very special kind of light-installation. The company for advertising technology and large format printing from Ehningen in Swabia covered a squared RGB frame (1000 X 1000 mm) with Shape by PONGS®. The fabric interwoven with metal threads is sculpted by hand – this creates dynamic, opulent surfaces. Inside of this drape with an artistic approach LED lights are hiding. These can be controlled individually in their colour scheme or whether colours should change automatically. Possible fields of application can be trade fairs, POS (fashion) or (private) interior design.
