The Italian restaurant “Cuor D’Oro” brings a touch of Bella Italia to the heart of the city of Muttenz in Switzerland. With its traditional ambience and Italian-Mediterranean dishes, the Cuor D’Oro invites you to linger for a while. But not only the palate and eyes are pampered here – the ears get their money’s worth too. Because on the ceiling of the bright, light-flooded dining room there are sound-absorbing acoustic panels made of DESCOR® PREMIUM Acoustic. This textile from PONGS® effectively improves the room sound, especially when there is a lot of background noise like here in the restaurant (sound absorption value 0.90, acoustic certificate according to DIN EN ISO 354, construction type E-50). A total of 433 m2 DESCOR® PREMIUM Acoustic was installed. Not only acoustically valuable, but also flame-retardant, it offers special protection. DESCOR® PREMIUM Acoustic can be individually digitally printed. It opens up new possibilities for functional room design in restaurants and hotels.
