SILENCIO® with a difference: in the Romanian Hotel Platinia in Cluj-Napoca, the sound-absorbing textile was not stretched on walls and ceilings, but glued to them. A time-saving yet effective solution for balancing noise and enhancing surround sound.

The hotel designer Radu Catinas (Next Design) wanted a complete wall covering as well as a sound-absorbing solution for the corridors of the hotel. The Romanian specialist in digital large-format printing YOUNG® not only designed the artistic walls of digitally printed SILENCIO®, but at the same time solutions for a seamless look while still allowing free access to the pipes in the walls.
